Privacy Policy
This site does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites.
Last updated: March 2026
Page views are counted using Umami, a self-hosted open-source analytics tool. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses.
Collected data: page URL, referrer, browser/OS type (generalized), country (from IP at request time, IP itself is not stored), device category.
Not collected: IP addresses, cookies, session identifiers, personal information, cross-page browsing history.
The 0x prefix means zero. No cookies, no personal data, no cross-site tracking, no user profiles, no fingerprinting, no behavioral analysis. Data is not sold or shared.
The anonymous page view counter works like a server access log with IP addresses stripped. It cannot identify individual users.
Most tools (encoders, formatters, generators, converters, text utilities) run client-side. Input is processed in the browser and is not sent anywhere.
Network tools (WHOIS, DNS, HTTP Headers, SSL Checker) send queries through our backend to external services. Queries are not logged. Results may be cached for a few minutes.
External services used:
No third-party tracking or analytics scripts are loaded (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, etc.).
If you donate via Ko-fi or cryptocurrency, the respective payment processor handles the transaction. We do not store payment information. Crypto donations are processed on-chain with no personal data required.
Umami analytics data is stored on our self-hosted server in Germany. Aggregated statistics are retained indefinitely. Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to delete on a per-user basis. Server access logs (nginx) are rotated and deleted after 14 days.
Hosted in the EU. No personal data is processed. No cookies means no consent banner is required. Analytics data stays in the EU. Since no personal data is collected, GDPR data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) do not apply. Contact us if you have questions.
